The Role
Full ongoing training for entry-level and assistants
Support a POD of Strata Managers with all things maintenance management on multiple complexes
Liaise with contractors and building managers
Schedule maintenance works from minor to large
Liaise with Strata managers regarding any complex situations and budgets
