Service Administrator / Scheduler / Coordinator Opportunity
We are supporting a growing Australia-Wide organisation that is looking to expand their team in Perth by adding an additional Service Administrator / Scheduler / Coordinator.
This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday – Friday (7:30am – 3:30pm), with responsibilities including scheduling technicians for Electrical, HVAC and Fire Services maintenance, repair, and breakdown work across commercial, light industrial, heavy industrial, and education premises in Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing all aspects of work orders for preventative and reactive work
* Coordinating and scheduling services as the first point of contact and support for customers
* Raising new jobs, allocating work, creating daily schedules, and coordinating times for attendance with the Technical Service staff to ensure strict contract obligations are met
* Providing administration support
* Supporting Contract Managers, Supervisors, and the Technical Service Team
About You:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience working as a service administrator/scheduler/coordinator in Facility Management, Pest Control, or Maintenance Services industries
* Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure strong client and staff relationships and timely service delivery
* Experience with MS Office and preferably Workorder management on Maximo, SimPro, Pronto, or MEX
* Problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills
