Key Responsibilities:
1. Accomplish quality management objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
2. Deliver quality management outcomes that comply with relevant legislative, policy, and regulatory frameworks.
3. Cultivate quality management expertise within project areas through coaching and mentoring.
4. Train employees to meet quality standards.
5. Apply knowledge of legislation, standards, and Defence policies and procedures to ensure quality assurance relevance.
6. Contribute quality management expertise to strategic planning, program management, or policy development.
7. Foster strong stakeholder relationships individually or collaboratively.
8. E efficaciously communicate analysis insights to support decision-making.
9. Resolve problems and identify alternative courses of action.
10. Maintain beneficial relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
The position reports to the Project Office Manager and provides subject matter support to the Project Director, Project Managers, and Commercial Manager.

Essential Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a quality management role within the Department of Defence or defence industry environment.
2. Ability to ensure ongoing compliance for CASG ISO 9001:2015 certification.
3. Experience working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams, including coaching, feedback, and developing team capability.
4. Experience implementing standard procedures and practices within project or business teams.
5. Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement schemes to inform and educate project team members and wider audiences.
6. Develop business processes using Integration Definition (IDEF) or Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
7. Execute internal audit plans as part of introducing a continuous improvement culture.
8. Draft complex correspondence, reports, and submissions on project status.
9. Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and responsibility in creating a controllable environment for complex integration projects.
10. Work in challenging environments with complex systems of stakeholders.
11. Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
12. Analyse, design, plan, execute, and evaluate work to time, cost, and quality targets while assessing and evaluating risk.
13. Possess highly effective formal and informal communication skills, including advanced technical writing skills.
