Insurance Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Sydney, where you will support clients and colleagues in all aspects of administration and technical support.

In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of client transactions, including invoices and policy documentation. You will also assist with reporting, end-of-month reconciliations, and follow-up on outstanding documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

* Process client transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Draft policy wordings and endorsements while maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with client reporting and end-of-month reconciliations.
* Follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements:

* High School Certificate or equivalent.
* Experience in insurance and data management is ideal.
* A Tier 1 ANZIIF Broking License is preferable.
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in an insurance field.
