We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with demonstrated clinical and management leadership skills, to work on our busy Infusion Treatment Ward. You will act as a resource and actively participate in quality improvement methodology to ensure a high standard of patient care, assist the Nurse Manager with management of the Infusion centre, and be a leader to your peers, whilst aligned with Cabrini's Mission and Values.Key responsibilities will include:Providing flexible and highly responsive service to patients and consumersUtilising clinical knowledge, experience and skills to provide leadership and operational directionCoordinating and overseeing the delivery of patient careEnsuring hospital policies, procedures and protocols are implemented and monitoredHolding accountability for the ward when the Nurse Manager is not presentWhat we're looking for:This role would suit candidates who are looking to advance their career and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. You will actively participate in quality improvement methodology to ensure a high standard of patient care.
