Customer Experience Representative

The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of our organization by proactively establishing and managing Employer/Agent/Stakeholder relationships to ensure growth via exceptional customer service, a professional customer interface, and supporting high-quality service delivery.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Represent our organization as the single point of contact for all lines of communication and support for allocated customers
* Explore and understand customer needs to develop solutions to address portfolio challenges including cross-selling of products and/or services
* Proactively manage portfolio performance in line with customer reporting
* Conduct various specific service assessments and/or rehabilitation interventions inline with our service delivery requirements.
* Identify key employers and relationships and build on workload through exceptional service delivery and customer service
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or other equivalent allied health/work health and safety professions required
* Minimum of two years of personal injury insurance experience
* Strong understanding of customer drivers and customer service in work and wellness
* Demonstrated experience in delivering repeat business and/or new business in the personal injury insurance schemes
* Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives, and marketing activities
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
