The Opportunity SeaLink Marine and Tourism Group is looking for a Sales and Reservations Consultant to join our team and help us promote our amazing K’gari (Fraser Island) brands: Kingfisher Bay Resort, K’gari Beach Resort, K’gari Explorer Tours and Fraser Island Barges. As a Sales and Reservations Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both direct and through agents. You will handle all enquiries and bookings, upsell our products and services, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for data entry, banking reconciliation, and other administrative tasks. Working up to 76 hours per fortnight, earning $29.39 per hour, plus 11.5% superannuation and annual leave loading. You must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. You will report to the Reservations Supervisor and Reservations Manager, based at the SeaLink Sales & Reservations Office in Urangan, Hervey Bay.
