We're currently looking for passionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join our casual pool across the Central Tablelands region .

About the Role As a Registered Nurse with E4 Healthcare, you'll be working casual shifts across aged care facilities in Orange, Bathurst, Kelso, Lithgow Oberon.
You'll be a vital part of the clinical care team, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care while supporting and mentoring care staff on shift.
Key Responsibilities Delivering high-quality clinical care to aged care residents Performing assessments, managing care plans, and updating documentation Administering medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines Leading and supporting Personal Care Workers during your shift Ensuring all care provided meets AHPRA and aged care compliance standards Communicating with residents, families, and allied health professionals What We're Looking For Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 3 months of experience in an aged care or clinical setting Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills Ability to work autonomously and adapt to new environments Up-to-date Police Check (within 12 months) COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (as per health directives) What You'll Get with E4 Healthcare Excellent hourly rates paid weekly Flexibility to choose your shifts and locations Diverse experience across different facilities and care models Supportive agency team available 7 days a week Opportunities for ongoing work and potential contract extensions ??
