This is an exciting role and opportunity to join the Commercial team at Optus Stadium. We’re looking for an energetic Tours Assistant who is a passionate about providing a fan first experience to all guests at Optus Stadium.
Key Focus
Receive Stadium visitors at THE OZONE front desk provide exceptional "Fan First" customer service.
Assist and direct visitors with the most appropriate information.
Liaise with all external and internal stakeholders regarding the booking, implementation and delivery of all tour products.
Overseeing rostering and staffing of all THE OZONE tours products.
Undertake administrative tasks including stock-control, stock-take, shrinkage management and procurement operations for THE OZONE.
Attend and organise orientation, training and meetings with staff when required.
Evaluate and report on Stadium Tours activity and data.

While standard hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, the nature of the event industry means that you will be required to work outside these hours particularly around events being staged at Optus Stadium and Stadium Park.
