This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong financial acumen and a passion for delivering results. What You’ll Do: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in P&L statements and balance sheets. Partner with the Director of Finance to provide strategic financial insights and support decision-making. Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving profitability. Manage compliance with Marriott policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements. Support internal and external audits, maintaining a robust internal control framework. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to property-wide financial strategies. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (hospitality experience preferred). Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
