Hear Now is seeking a part‐time Audiologist based in Newcastle, NSW to support a growing local client base.
This is a highly autonomous role where you will manage your own clinical days, supported by a dedicated admin team and a broader network of experienced audiologists.
You will work with a diverse range of clients including HSP participants, WorkCover cases, and private patients, delivering high‐quality care across the full hearing journey.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
* Conducting comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic testing
* Preparing and interpreting audiograms and clinical reports
* Recommending tailored hearing solutions based on clinical findings
* Fitting, programming, and adjusting hearing aids using best practice protocols
* Providing tinnitus assessments and counselling where appropriate
* Supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey with follow‐up care
* Reviewing ENT reports and implementing appropriate hearing solutions
* Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and client records
* Using systems such as Noah and Auditdata Manage
* Ensuring compliance with HSP requirements and clinical standards
* Conducting occasional home visits where required
What You Will Bring
To succeed in this role, you will hold a Master's Degree in Audiology and a current Qualified Practitioner number, along with at least 1 year of post‐internship experience as an Audiologist.
You Will Also Bring
* Experience working with HSP, WorkCover, or private patients
* Confidence in hearing aid fitting, programming, and aftercare
* Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills
* Experience supporting patients with tinnitus or rehabilitation
* Familiarity with systems such as Noah or Auditdata Manage
