The primary objective of this role is to provide efficient administrative support to the school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service excellence in all interactions with students, parents and staff.
This position involves working as part of a team to achieve our mission of fostering a positive learning environment. Key duties include:
 * Receiving and distributing correspondence, documents and forms
 * Managing cash and credit transactions accurately
 * Maintaining office equipment and supplies
 * Processing data and generating reports
 * Coordinating catering for school events
For this position, we are seeking a highly organized individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
