About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Property Manager to take charge of a well-maintained residential portfolio across Point Cook and the surrounding suburbs.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, while ensuring every aspect of property management runs smoothly and professionally.As a key member of our team, you'll be supported by admin staff and leadership so you can focus on what you do best—delivering outstanding service and growing client relationships.Your day will include:Setting up recent tenancies, new business, and coordinating client onboardingPreparing detailed entry & exit condition reports and client reportingConducting routine inspections and providing professional updatesManaging rent reviews and implementing rent increasesHandling lease renewals with accuracy and careOverseeing property re-advertisements when renters vacateManaging tenancy lifecycles from leasing through to vacatesMaintaining compliance and property standards with confidenceCoordinating maintenance requests with the support of our admin teamNurturing strong client relationships with your professional, approachable styleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Property Manager who wants to step into a role where your expertise is valued, and you'll be supported every step of the way.What we're looking forIndustry experience as a property manager is essential – You'll bring your established property management knowledge and skills to guide and inspire our PM team.A minimum of 2+ years of property management experience is requiredAbility to manage portfolio and use of cloud based tech.Property Me experience preferred – confidence with our software will help you hit the ground runningCurrent Agent's Representative Certificate (or relevant licence)Strong, bubbly communication and organisational skillsProblem solver and solution finderConfident in VCAT preparation and representation(ongoing training to sharpen your skills will be provided)A positive, solutions-focused attitudeWhat's in it for youThis is your chance to join a team where you're more than just a number.
