Zenith is seeking a candidate with a positive "can-do" attitude to join our busy warehouse operation as a Warehouse and Logistics Officer. This position involves working as part of a team and reporting to the Inventory and Logistics Manager, while taking direction from the Warehouse Logistics Lead.
Located at our Rivervale office, you will be a versatile team member responsible for assisting with the storage, dispatch, and receipt of goods.
What You Will Do
* Unload deliveries to the warehouse and check them against purchase orders.
* Arrange local pickups or deliveries of items as required by various departments within the organisation.
* Load and dispatch goods and equipment, performing both hands-on and supervisory tasks.
* Utilise the ERP system to update and track stock movements.
* Assist in the routine maintenance of forklifts and store vehicles, including pre-start checks and ongoing maintenance.
* Maintaining compliance with Zenith Pacific's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management plans and procedures.
* Provide assistance and training to other staff members working in the workshop when needed.
* Manage inbound and outbound parts for service and repair efficiently.
What we're looking for
Experience and Skills
* Previous Warehouse/Store Experience
* HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) experience (strong commitment to safety culture)
* Experience in logistics and inventory control.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines with excellent time management skills.
* Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Familiarity with ERP software such as Pronto, SAP, and similar systems.
* Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in email, MS Excel, and MS Word.

* Pronto Experience
* Previous Quality Control and Quality Assurance experience
