About the role
Access Protocol is seeking an experienced Electronics Technician/Installer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a variety of electronic systems and equipment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cutting-edge technology solutions for our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
* Install, configure, and maintain a range of electronic systems and equipment
* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electronic systems, identifying and resolving problems efficiently
* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on installed systems
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
* Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely completion of installations
* Maintain detailed records of all work performed
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electronics Technician or Installer
* Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of electronic systems
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, manuals, and drawings
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Certification or diploma in Electronics, Electrical or a related field is highly desirable
