Job Opportunity: Customer Service Team Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our customer service team in Caloundra, Sunshine Coast. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our National Contact Centre to ensure exceptional service delivery across all communication channels.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 year's experience leading a high-performing customer service or call centre team, a passion for delivering exceptional service and supporting people, and strong communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily operations to guarantee superior service quality.
* Leading, guiding, and developing a team of Participant Support Officers to foster a positive, participant-focused culture.
* Driving strong performance metrics across call volumes, lead follow-up, resolution rates, and data accuracy.
