Senior Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives within the radio communications sector. This role is ideal for someone who understands mission‐critical communications, has strong industry networks, and can identify, develop, and close high‐value opportunities across government, enterprise, and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across radio communications solutions, including two‐way radio, LTE/5G integration, and network infrastructure
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Lead complex bid processes, including tender submissions, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
* Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
* Responsible for CRM management, including maintaining accurate customer data, and generating insights to support sales and customer engagement strategies
About You
* Proven track record in business development or sales within the radio communications, telecommunications, or related technology industry
* Strong understanding of land mobile radio and mission‐critical communications (e.g., public safety, mining, transport)
* Demonstrated success in securing and managing large‐scale contracts
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to build long‐term client relationships and influence decision‐makers
* Strategic thinker with a hands‐on, results‐oriented approach
* Willingness to travel as needed
