About the role
Due to continued growth at our Mornington Toyota location, we are seeking to employ an experienced Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our team and help grow our brand further.
The successful candidate will be a result's driven professional with excellent communication (written and oral) combined with a strong guest focus. A solid track record as a Finance & Insurance Business Manager in the retail automotive industry is essential.
If you can demonstrate the above and possess the following:
* Previous automotive finance sales experience with strong negotiation and closing skills
* Current FSRA and financier accreditation
* Ability to demonstrate your results and experience in current and previous F&I roles
* Have excellent verbal & written communication skills including a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
* Be an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident and hold a current Australian driver's license
Your principal responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the sales team with double closing & deal negotiation
* Facilitating the finance and insurance transactions for dealership guests
* Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all guests
* Strict adherence to compliance
* Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPI's
