As part of the EUC team, you'll provide technical support across hardware, software, and network environments, troubleshooting remotely and in person to ensure uptime and smooth performance.
What you'll do
* Resolve incidents and service requests
* Support and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, VMware, and File/Print Servers
* Work closely with vendors and internal teams to optimise system performance
* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold SLAs/KPIs
* Participate in project delivery, on-call support, and travel to sites
What you'll bring
* Proven experience in EUC or Field Support roles
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft and network-based systems
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Organised, detail-driven, and reliable, you take pride in delivering quality support
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence and ability to travel within Hobart
* Work onsite in Hobart
* Be part of a collaborative, supportive, and technically capable team
Ideally, you will have experience working in highly regulated or operationally critical environments such as financial services, banking, insurance, superannuation, utilities, government, managed service providers (MSP), where reliability and service continuity are essential.
