We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead the College's marketing, communications, and promotional activities that strengthen our reputation and support enrolment growth.
Reporting to the Director of Advancement, this role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation across digital, print, and event-based channels.

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must demonstrate the following:
* Evidence of Right to Work in Australia
* A recognised tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
* Minimum five years' experience in a generalist marketing role, ideally within education or a complex organisation
* Demonstrated experience managing budgets, marketing plans, and digital campaigns
* Experience leading small creative teams and managing external suppliers
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to develop engaging copy and creative briefs
* Competence in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CMS systems
* Willingness to travel and manage promotional activities independently
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employee status), or ability to obtain
* Current Victorian Driver's License
* Completion of the Asthma First Aid in Schools Course
* Completion of either:

o The College's anaphylaxis training, or
* Accredited course: 22578VIC - Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis
