We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting mentors and support workers who provide direct support to clients. They will help staff understand client goals, routines, strategies and boundaries, manage scheduling, communication, documentation and daily service delivery, work with families and allied health professionals so staff have clear guidance on how to support each client, maintain accurate records, respond to incidents, monitor service quality and staff performance, ensure staff follow safety plans, risk plans and behaviour recommendations, assist with recruiting mentors and support workers, check documentation, clearances and training, provide orientation and role guidance to new staff, support ongoing development and expectations, use digital tools for rosters, communication and documentation, maintain accurate entries in record keeping systems, prepare and process invoices, monitor hours and follow up overdue accounts.
