About the Role:
Our Gatton branch is on the lookout for a new Sales Representative This is a key role in supporting our customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales. We are looking for someone who can develop long term partnerships with our customers.
You will:
* Actively pursue new business opportunities whilst maintaining the current customer base
* Lead the sales effort for the full line of new and used John Deere Agricultural & Turf Equipment in your area of responsibility
* Maintain focus on company profit margins
* Develop knowledge of financing options to assist customers
* Attend applicable sales training events/seminars
* Develop and keep informed on competitor activity within the region
You will bring the following skills and be able to meet the requirements of the role by:
* The right to work in Australia
* Prior sales experience and/or training (John Deere range of products preferred)
* Solid understanding of local market conditions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent computer skills
