The Opportunity: We are seeking a self-motivated, dedicated, and experienced leader to manage a team of retail employees within a large format retail store in South Australia.
About You
* You will have the ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-moving setting or general merchandise environment.
* Have flexibility and commitment to work in a 7-day store environment.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership
* Have a passion for coaching, developing, and empowering teams of 20+ through constructive and positive performance management with a hands-on approach.
* Have strong communication, motivational, and leadership skills that display an eagerness to make a difference.
Product Excellence
* Have a flair for merchandising and stock management.
* Have a strong passion and focus on driving high volumes of sales.
Operational Efficiency
* Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the store's financial performance (sales, controllable costs, etc.), customer service standards, store standards, and inventory management.
Store Performance
* Actively maintain store standards through leading by example.
* Have a strong focus on promoting and leading health and safety in store.
