**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Providing personal care, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility
* Implementing behaviour support plans and managing challenging behaviours
* Supporting clients with ADLs, including medication administration, meal preparation, and domestic assistance
* Assisting clients with community access and promoting independence
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years' experience supporting mental health diagnoses
* Experience working with clients who have complex behaviours of concern
* Relevant tertiary qualification (mental health related qualification desirable)
* Knowledge of behaviour support plans and restrictive practices
* Medication administration certificate or willingness to obtain
* Current first aid & CPR certificate
* Driver's licence & own car with comprehensive insurance
* NDIS worker screening check
