Role Summary
We are looking for HR & HC Drivers to deliver our recycled waste bins and products to customer sites using Hook Lift Trucks and Hydro‐Cement Trucks.
Responsibilities
* Drive Hook Lift Trucks or Hydro‐Cement Trucks carrying recycled bins or products.
* Load and deliver products accurately and safely as directed.
* Provide good customer service to clients.
* Operate within scheduled shifts (typical 5:45 am start, 8–10 hours per day, occasional Saturday mornings).
Qualifications
* Results‐focused, self‐motivated, and dedicated to quality work.
* Professional work ethic and customer‐service oriented attitude.
* Mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills.
* Experience working as part of a productive team.
* Current HR licence; HC licence will be awarded to suitable candidates.
* Previous Hook Lift/Tipper truck experience preferred; training provided.
* High regard for safety policies and procedures.
* Clean driving record.

* Base hourly rate of $31.01–$34.89 plus penalty rates and super.
* Revised May 2026 rates: $31.94–$35.94 per hour (pending licence/experience).
