We're seeking an inspiring and experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators at Busy Bees at Torquay, located at 15–17 Falcon Drive, Torquay VIC 3228, on a permanent basis. You will play a key role in driving quality practice, supporting curriculum development, and leading continuous improvement across the service.
What you'll do
* Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality
* Guide implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) across the centre
* Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
* Drive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
* Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team
* Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children
What you'll bring
* A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
* Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
* Experience mentoring or supporting educators to deliver high‐quality programs
* Confidence in curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
* A genuine passion for quality early learning and supporting educator growth
* Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) for VIC
