Lactalis Harvey Fresh in Western Australia is nestled amongst the fields of the beautiful South West Region of Harvey. This farming-rich region is well known for producing premium fruit and first-grade milk.
About this Opportunity
Provide electrical support to the Harvey Fresh dairy and juice sites to ensure equipment reliability through effective troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
* Primary responsibility for providing electrical support to site
* Troubleshoot electrical faults
* Documenting planned maintenance and breakdowns in CMMS (SAP)
* Ensuring all work meets Engineering standards
* 80% of PMs completed within the nominated timeframe
* All work to be completed in line with food safety requirements
* Ensure all electrical equipment is installed in compliance with AS3000.
* Make safety a priority and champion a safety culture with the team
* Contribute to team culture and engagement plans
* Regular interaction with Manufacturing and Logistics teams, Maintenance Team, and Administration Teams
* Responsible for engineering support to standards and expectations
* Shift work required (4-on-4-off, 12 hours)
About You
* Trade Qualification
* Advanced problem solving including root cause analysis (5Why's)
* Knowledge of PLC programming preferred
* Ability to interpret technical drawings
* Sound knowledge of hazards and emergency procedures
* Knowledge of high-speed equipment (FMCG)
* Worked as an industrial electrician
* UHT/ESL experience advantageous
* Tetra Pak experience preferred
* 3-5 years experience in FMCG manufacturing environment - preferably within Dairy Industry.
