About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant at UFS Healthcare, you will:
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries
* Process transactions and sales efficiently
* Monitor and restock inventory to ensure shelves are well-maintained
* Maintain a clean and organised store environment
* Support dispensary operations by receiving prescriptions
This role is based across our Ballarat, Ballan, and Beaufort Pharmacies. We have options for part time or casual.
What You'll Need
We're looking for someone who is:
* Known for your excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers and patients.
* Able to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload effectively.
* A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
* Aligns with our Guiding Principles as outlined on ufs.com.au.
* Previous pharmacy experience and completion of the S2S3 Certification is a strong advantage.
