About the Role:
As an Administration & Customer Service Officer, you'll be instrumental in managing our online sales channels and customer service. This full-time position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and data management skills, ready to enhance our online sales operations and deliver exceptional customer care. The successful candidate will support the smooth operation of Excavation Equipment and related entities, providing top-notch service to our online and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the marketing, sales, and administration teams
Perform general administrative tasks and data entry
Assist with customer service including parts
Assist the branch manager with operations
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
A creative flair and a good understanding of retail and social media marketing, customer care, and relationship management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and the ability to format documents to high standards
Willingness to learn accounting software such as Xero
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently
The ability to build strong relationships with team members across all levels
A readiness to work within an Apple iOS Environment
