Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Associate role located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Senior Associate will collaborate with a team to manage and resolve commercial litigation cases, navigate insolvency matters, and provide strategic legal advice for business and corporate transactions. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, advising clients on complex legal matters, negotiating on behalf of clients, and managing court processes. The role includes maintaining strong client relationships and providing tailored legal solutions to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

* Strong background in Commercial Litigation, Insolvency Law, and Commercial Law, including relevant practical experience.
* Proficiency in Drafting Legal Documents, Negotiation, and Representation in court-related matters.
* Excellent Client Relationship Management and Business Advisory skills to deliver tailored, practical solutions.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Experience in Queensland legal frameworks and a comprehensive understanding of local regulations and procedures.
* Bachelor's degree in Law and a current practicing certificate in Queensland.
* Experience representing liquidators, trustees, or creditors in insolvency issues is advantageous.
