As an Administration Officer, you will provide operational and administrative support to the case management team's legal matters including associated corrspondence, organising assessments, and other research and analysis activities. In addition, your key duties are as follow
- Actioning and directing correspondence
- Organising assessments to assist with the decision making process
- Any other support or administration duties as required
**About you**:
**To be successful in this role, you must have**:
- Previous experience in an administration or office support roles, ideally in a government setting
- Strong background in data and compliance and quality reporting support
- Ability to assist with onboarding of new staff, scheduling meetings, and note takig
- Experience of SharePoint or CRM systems would be highly desirable
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
