This position involves focusing on wellbeing and behaviour management initiatives, developing quality teaching and learning practices, nurturing positive relationships between students, teachers, parents, and education stakeholders. It also requires applying positive accountability and coaching processes to create change in teaching and learning practices of staff.

* Developing engaging teaching methods that enhance student social emotional development
* Cultivating strong partnerships with staff members to drive innovative solutions
To succeed in this role you will need exceptional communication skills enabling you to build robust working relationships with diverse groups. Having knowledge of classroom profiling inclusive education or having experience supporting the well-being of students would be advantageous as well.
