The Role
In this role, you're the first friendly voice clients hear. You'll handle the phones, manage the customer journey from first call to booking and beyond, and ensure every client has a great experience with us. You will also manage the day-to-day administration of the business and report directly to our Office Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, andall client communications through Podium
* Dispatch jobs and manage daily scheduling in SimPRO.
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
* Assist with follow-ups, and project support, various admin tasks.
* Spot opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in office administration (trade/construction experience highly regarded)
* Extremely good communicator with super positive energy.
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach.
* Comfort with customer calls and digital communications.
* Adaptability, tech-savviness, and eagerness to improve processes.
* Reliability and readiness to thrive in a busy, fast-paced office.
