What you'll be doing The Administration Officer provides high-level administrative support to the Operations Manager and Senior Admin support to the Clinical Director at PCYMHS. The role involves: Office management, data entry, and coordination within a multidisciplinary team. Supports meetings, including minute-taking and agenda preparation. Manages procurement, invoicing, bookings, and office supplies. Oversees fleet vehicles, building maintenance, and WHS compliance. Handles payroll, HR tasks, and recruitment processes. Maintains schedules, prepares reports, and liaises with stakeholders. Experience in servicing various committees, including preparation of agendas, business papers and recordings of meetings and experience in the preparation of correspondence and reports, including quality assurance, writing of briefs and assisting with all aspects of recruitment.
