**We are looking for Travel Consultants who have a strong interest/experience in cruising both in Australia and overseas and want to create the best cruise and travel itineraries for our customers.**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Using GDS's (Amadeus preferred) + Polar Online for daily bookings
- Sourcing information via supplier and online systems
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail in all forms of communication
- Willingness to problem solve with a can-do approach
- Be a willing team member, and to support your colleagues' work as they support yours.
- Building and Maintaining client relationships
- Capable of prioritizing, multi-tasking, and handling high volume effectively
- Ability to meet and exceed KPI's and Targets
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Be professional, self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team
- Proven success in their past consulting roles, with an exceptional sales track record
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Domestic and International retail environment
- Amadeus preferred, however CRS qualifications are essential
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong ability to source information via supplier and online systems
- Robust cruising knowledge
