A leading provider of health services in Australia, is looking to find an IT Site Support Coordinator, to join their Service Delivery Team with an ASAP start.

The Role
No two days will ever be the same! This is an onsite role and a valid driver's license is required to travel from site to site.
The role will ultimately provide exceptional onsite Level 2 support services across hospitals and administrative offices in Greater Metro Sydney (Western suburbs mainly). You will work with a range of stakeholders, from doctors, office staff to tradies and work closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network and Application teams to provide efficient support across MDM (iOS and Android), networks (WAN/LAN/Wireless), systems, hardware and devices.
What You Bring To The Role
- Minimum 3 years experience in an IT support role, providing Level 2 support.
- Must have previous experience working in a Field Engineer role, travelling in-between different sites and providing support to different teams.
- Experience providing support in desktop and server operating systems, network environments, telephony systems and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 2016.
- Essential to have experience with printer devices
- Experience in Office 365 highly desired.
- Experience in WebEx, Zoom, Teams and other collaboration/video conference technologies.
- Experience in Imaging and Client Management tools such as SCCM and IP Based PBX Systems.
- Experience in AD, including Security and Group Policy configuration.
- Previous experience in or knowledge of health systems and procedures, highly desirable.
