Job Title: Concierge Service Specialist
The Concierge Service Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service, assisting with luggage, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and escort guests to rooms, opening doors and assisting with luggage.
* Provide guests with information about property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
* Explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, and in-room safes.
* Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas.
* Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, as well as helping guests in and out of vehicles.
* Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation, such as taxi cabs or shuttle buses.
* Communicate parking procedures to guests and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
* Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
* Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
* Read and visually verify information in various formats.
* Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
