**Call Centre Operator - NSW Government Department**
3 month contract + Possible extension
Pay: $35 per hour + Super
Location: Bankstown (Office based)
Hours: 35 hours per week on a
**rotating roster between the hours of 8am and 6pm**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide a high-level quality of customer service daily as the first point of contact for general enquiries for this business unit
- Resolve a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, accurate and efficient matter, handling complaints where necessary
- There will be a range of sales, customer service and administrative tasks.
- Adapting to changes in environment and consistently learning new processes, approaches and systems
**Requirements**:
- Sales experience would be highly regarded
- Contact centre, education or some kind of high volume based work experience is a must
- Experience in a high volume environment
- Able to commit to the rotating roster
- Must be tech savvy
