We are looking for a highly driven and hungry Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing commercial team, with a strong focus on lead generation and pipeline growth.
Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you are the frontline of new business and lead generation. This role is designed for someone who is highly motivated, target-driven, and relentless in pursuing new opportunities.
You will take ownership of identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads, creating strong momentum for the sales pipeline and supporting Sculptform's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, research, and follow-ups
• Own the lead generation process from initial contact through to qualification
• Relentlessly pursue opportunities and follow up leads until outcomes are achieved
• Qualify prospects to ensure strong alignment with Sculptform's products and target markets
• Build early-stage relationships with architects, designers, and key decision-makers
• Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and activity targets
• Accurately track lead activity, outcomes, and progress within CRM systems
• Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to "qualify" leads into pipeline
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a target-driven role
• Strong hunger for results with a clear desire to perform and succeed
• Confident communicator with a professional and persuasive phone manner
• High levels of resilience, persistence, and self-motivation
• Organised, disciplined, and accountable for performance
• Experience using CRM systems is advantageous
