Lead SAP Finance Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP finance specialist to drive the successful implementation and optimization of SAP financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and enhance SAP FI/CO solutions to meet business needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP functionalities.
* Ensure seamless integration of SAP Finance modules with other systems.
* Provide strategic guidance on SAP best practices and process improvements.
* Lead and mentor a team of SAP finance consultants and analysts.
* Drive change management initiatives and user training programs to maximize adoption.
* Manage complex financial system issues and enhancements.
Key Requirements
* Extensive experience as an SAP finance lead or senior consultant in SAP FI/CO modules.
* Strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
* Proven track record of leading SAP finance projects from design to implementation.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience in system integration, data migration, and reporting solutions.
* SAP certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
