Role
As a Senior Service Technician in the Mackay branch, you will be a key member of the Crosscom Technical Services team and be hands on with clients across industry sectors, understanding their needs and requirements therefore setting them up for success. You will work around servicing, maintenance on both new and existing clients, being an SME on the Crosscom technology and be best positioned to consult on the utilisation, optimisation making productive recommendations and assisting the business development goals CSE Crosscom.
Responsibilities
Manage servicing and maintenance for new and existing clients; act as SME on Crosscom technology; provide consultations to optimise utilisation and productivity to support business development.
Prepare implementation plans, site assessments / surveys, and reports (internal and external).
Coordinate radio programming, testing and maintenance of code plugs.
Ensure compliance with ACMA regulatory requirements.
Maintain and document technical service procedures, PMI and schedules.
Provide high-level customer service with clear communication at all business levels.
Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking, problem solving, fault finding and decision making in time-critical client scenarios.
