About The Role
In this fixed term role for 12 months, you'll be the key link between the General Manager's office, Council, stakeholders and the community, ensuring priorities stay on track and communication flows seamlessly. From coordinating meetings and managing diaries to preparing high-quality reports, correspondence and documentation, you'll keep operations running smoothly.
You'll monitor key actions, maintain accurate records and systems, and champion customer-focused service across the organisation.

About You
You are an experienced executive-level administrator with exceptional communication skills and a strong customer focus. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced environments, confidently managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
You bring proven experience preparing formal agendas and minutes, coordinating meetings and functions, and supporting senior leaders with professionalism and discretion. Your strong understanding of administrative processes ensures accuracy, confidentiality and compliance at all times.
A proactive team player, you can also work autonomously, build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and use your advanced computer skills to deliver high-quality outcomes. Flexibility to attend evening Council and Committee meetings is desired.
