About The Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. Our facilities and services are world class and our staff are dedicated, innovative and caring.
This position is responsible for providing a range of administration and secretarial support to the Sydney Heart Centre and Cardiology Department as required and ensuring the efficient operation and running of a busy and fast-paced outpatient clinic area. This includes coordinating and running complex clinics, performing reception duties, managing correspondence, accurate data entry and contributing to process improvement initiatives within the outpatient area.

Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrated experience in administrative or secretarial role, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
* Previous customer service experience with the ability to demonstrate high level of emotional intelligence.
* Flexibility to work varying start time as required.
* All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.
