What will you do?
* Lead the team by example with a hands‐on approach
* Oversee day‐to‐day bar and restaurant management
* Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards for food and beverage operations
* Train and develop team members
* Monitor weekly inventory and handle F&B marketing/promotions
More About You
* Previous experience in managing a bar or restaurant
* Knowledge of licensed premises management requirements
* Extensive understanding of liquor, bartending, and service protocols
* Knowledge of HACCP requirements
* Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and Responsible Service of Gambling certificate
* Able to work across a 7‐day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
