Case Manager Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality case management, advocacy, and counselling services to clients at risk of or experiencing domestic violence.
* Facilitate the process of moving clients toward independent and/or safe housing.
* Establish positive, empowering relationships with clients and advocate for their needs.
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of issues affecting domestic violence clients.
* The ability to establish positive relationships and advocate for clients' rights.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Homelessness, Domestic/Family Violence, or similar positions. A Certificate IV (or above) in a Human Services related discipline is desirable.
