We're seeking an experienced Stock Operations Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store's success and delivering great customer experiences from the stock room to the selling floor.
* Work with the Store Manager to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management processes, including processing deliveries, managing stock movement, and minimizing stock loss.
* Action all operational and administrative tasks in line with company standards.
* Coach and train Back of House Team Members in store loss prevention, inventory management, and stock movement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within retail or a like industry.
* Experience working in a Back of House or Warehouse environment is favorable but not essential.
* Team management or supervisory experience preferred.
* Maintains a positive can-do attitude.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word etc.
* Strong operational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* Openly shares knowledge with the wider team to achieve common goals.
