**FINANCIAL**
- Deliver business retention and growth by portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to correct shortfall in revenue objectives.
- Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities
- Cold calling and prospecting
- Formulate, implement and manage strategic business plans to achieve/exceed revenue targets.
**CUSTOMER**
- Forming long term partnerships in order to drive revenue opportunities.
- Contribute to the sales strategy to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain an awareness of competitors and monitor their activities.
- Develop creative concepts and innovative business proposals that exceed client expectations.
- Ensure all opportunities to market are "solution selling" meeting client objectives and needs.
**OPERATIONAL**
- Forecasting, pipeline management and salesforce compliance.
- Project manage medium/large business opportunities from initiating new business to final response leveraging industry, digital and product specialisation.
**PEOPLE**
- Contribute to an innovative and client focused culture.
- Mentor account executives to deliver on commercial objectives.
**Who you are**:
- Experience in Digital Sales & Account management
- Evidence of selling & effectively managing client relationships.
- Tertiary qualification in Advertising/ Marketing desirable but not essential.
