 
        
        Financial Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Coordinator to oversee our day-to-day financial activities for a 12-month period. This full-time position is accountable for managing accounts payable, account receivable, credit card reconciliations, and other financial administrative tasks.
About the Role
Main Responsibilities:
 * Manage the Accounts Payable inbox and address all queries, including responding to supplier phone calls and emails.
 * Process high volumes of invoices, including matching to purchase orders, distributing for approval, and processing of weekly/end of month payment runs.
 * Complete filing of Accounts Payable records.
About You:
 * A minimum of 3 years experience in Bookkeeping or Accounts Payable.
 * Strong computer literacy skills, including Xero, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
 * Ability to complete multiple tasks concurrently, within prescribed timeframes, and with a high level of accuracy.
 * The ability to work independently with limited supervision.
 * Well-developed problem-solving skills with a high level of initiative.
 * Ability to maintain confidentiality.
