Role Description
This is a full‐time, on‐site Solicitor role based in East Victoria Park, WA. The Solicitor will provide legal advice and services, including conveyancing and supporting clients with matters related to labour and employment law, family law and commercial real estate. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting case research, offering client consultations, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Collaboration with clients, team members, and other professionals is an essential aspect of this role.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Law and sound legal knowledge
* Experience or proficiency in Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate
* Familiarity with Labour and Employment Law
* Knowledge or practice in Family Law and case handling
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills
* Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in Law and admission as a legal practitioner in Western Australia
* Experience in nonprofit or community service sectors is an advantage
