As a specialist in conveyancing, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth settlement process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Opening and organizing conveyancing files
• Attending to reception duties and monitoring emails
• Assisting conveyancers in the day-to-day management of settlement files
• Preparing documents and statements associated with the sale and purchase of property
• Liaising with real estate agents, government authorities, banks and financial advisers
• Creating PEXA workspaces and entering details for settlements
• Ordering searches from local government authorities and Land Services Group.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Office experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic essential
• Must be honest and trustworthy and highly organized.
